Firms with large teams of attorneys, paralegals and secretaries often have to juggle many cases to pay their expenses. The staff members may not always be available to answer their clients’ questions and ease their worries. In addition, most law firms assign client work to junior associates with little or no experience.

However, Roberts and Durkee accept only a limited number of clients who receive direct, personal attention. They make sure all their staff members know their clients by name. The attorneys make themselves available to help their clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and they meet wherever their clients need them, including their clients’ homes or their hospital rooms.
